On the south side lies a private beach. The rear and north sides have rip-rap and a great view to the north and south. Check out the attached photos. A large loft is located over the dining room with ladder access. Impact resistant windows and doors were installed in 2006. The boathouse and basement areas are sold "as is." Generator, trash compactor & old seawall sold "as is." An area on the south side was to become a deck that was to be part of a garden behind the front outside wall that I was working on when the wife's order to move was given. Same for the small fish pond site that was not finished. Now someone can create their own "masterpiece"! Selling reason was to downsize. My wife found a lovely house in East Hill that she had to have! So we moved! The listing agent is also the owner of this house.
